Twelve Winds Consulting & Partners Employment Lawyers offers a workshop on Employment Law and Leadership in HR.

 

The Workshop will address:

  • HR, Law and You – Resilient, relevant and strategic leadership for HR professionals
  • Business Reorganisations – How to be creative in the use of Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR) to effectively dismiss, as well as case law review

Join us for an informative, lively and interactive workshop looking at the current legal and professional challenges for Leaders in Human Resources. Over the course of the afternoon we will be exploring leadership challenges at an individual, team, and systematic level – against the backdrop of the legal complexities surrounding restructure and reorganisation.

HinaHina Belitz, Senior Partner at Partners Employment Lawyers and Advisory Board Member at Twelve Winds Consulting, will use case studies to explore the art of business reorganisations and the many ways to utilise SOSR to sharpen your workforce. These are dismissals that make a difference.
