Richard is an Accountant and Finance Director with 15 years experience at a senior level within both the private and voluntary sectors. His skills range from financial and strategic planning, auditing and stewardship to human resources, IT and administration.

Richard is an Accountant and Finance Director with 15 years experience at a senior level within both the private and voluntary sectors. His skills range from financial and strategic planning, auditing and stewardship to human resources, IT and administration.

In 2013 he founded Parkside Accountants LLP based in SW London.  The firm has a broad range of clients from private individuals to local companies and voluntary organisations.

Prior to founding his own firm Richard worked as the Head of Finance for a number of charities in the sectors of HIV / Aids, health care and communication for development  at a local and national level. He has worked on projects that range from small grants, local authority commissioning to large multi-country EU grants with complex budgeting, monitoring and reporting requirements. He has also held positions as a Trustee for a number of charities.

Richard works in a very inclusive and collaborate way and has worked with people and stakeholders from many different disciplines, cultures and backgrounds and on very differing types of projects, making finance understandable and accessible and ensuring the best use of funds, focused on delivering the projects outputs and outcomes on budget and on time.
